Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our items, returns are not accepted.

I always want you to be satisfied with your order so if you have questions, please reach out before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage needs to be reported within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Cancelations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact me at madisonglassworks@gmail.com to cancel. Orders can not be canceled after they are shipped.
